Tornado's hit The Villages

The storms got as close as 3 or 4 miles from where we are. Over 1000 homes were damaged in The Villages alone. Many people in central Florida lost their life. The strongest tornado was an F3 category. |
Week 5
Doing some sightseeing.
| We took Dobbs for a ride on the golf cart again today. Checked out some of the local sights. These are pretty typical of any part of The Villages. Temp. today was 71 degrees. |

| There was a Mardi Gras party at both town squares. We visited one of them, and of course didn't bring the camera. Our neighbors were nice enough to take a picture of Pat and I, the let us use some of their pictures to post here so you could see what it was like. Mobs of people! We had a great time. |
