The house is about 1350 square feet today. Plans are to add on to the back porch where the hot water heater, washer/dryer and storage are today. This will allow room for a second bathroom. Plans also include adding onto the garage towards the house about 18 more feet. Because of existing trees, a breezeway will have to connect the garage to the homes planned addition.
